If we are healthy, our mind is good. And mind sits in all our work. When a disease takes root in our body, it can be understood how great a blessing health is. We have some rules to keep the body healthy. If we follow some rules, then disease will not be able to take root in our body easily. We neglect our body and don’t take care of our body, because of which we get sick. Today I will give you some advice, if you follow it, you will be healthy. And no major disease will enter your body. Hope the completed article carefully. will read

 

There are many of us who are suffering from various diseases. But those who work hard have a better body. And no disease can invade their body. Especially you will see that those who do not work all day are more likely to get sick. We should always keep our body fit. Remember that more is better but not too much. Many people think that fat people are healthy and thin people are sick. This idea is wrong, because a healthy person is one who has no disease in his body. Due to food, some rules, bad habits, we are bringing terrible diseases in our body. If we are not careful now, we will be affected by much bigger diseases later. We have to remember that the body comes first, because if the body is not good, the mind will not be able to do anything. Many times it is seen that cold, fever comes suddenly. Actually these small diseases happen due to our negligence. It’s not just because of us. In fact, nowadays there are more pesticide-treated vegetables in the market. And the vegetables that are not treated with pesticides look very bad. And the yield is not very good. But it turns out that we buy those shiny vegetables that have been treated with pesticides. By eating these pesticide-treated vegetables, various diseases are making their home in our body. We eat many such adulterated products, due to which the life expectancy of people has decreased many times these days. And because of our lack of caution we are causing many serious diseases in our body. Health is the key to happiness, we must remember this sentence. If we were careful, and took precautions, our body would not have had so much trouble. Now let’s know, to stay physically healthy, the rules that should be followed:-

1) Correct rules of food:-

 

We eat what we get. We cannot imagine how dangerous this unhealthy food is for our body. We should avoid the foods that are harmful. Junk food, or extra fatty foods, should be avoided by all of us. Besides, there are many foods, which are harmful to eat and avoid. For example, eating sugary and sugary foods leads to diabetes. There are many quality foods that are high in disease. It is better to avoid all these foods. And try to avoid food with pesticides. Many other terrible diseases like cancer are caused by this adulterated food. Apart from this, many diseases make their home in our healthy body due to adulterated food. There are many people who are intoxicated with beedis, cigarettes and drinking. We should avoid these addictions. Because these addictions are causing us danger. And any kind of drug should be avoided from entering our body. To keep our body healthy we need to pay attention to food. Many people eat too much. In fact, food should not be eaten in excess. You should eat as much food as you normally need. If we are conscious about food, our body will be healthy and diseases will not easily settle in our body.

2) Walking and exercise:-

Walking and exercise help keep our body healthy. There are many who do not have time to walk and do not exercise. You will see that many diseases have settled in his body. If we walk at least 3-4 km daily and exercise, then diseases will not be able to settle in our body so easily. We should all get up in the morning to walk and exercise. Waking up in the morning is also good for health. No matter how busy we are, we should walk or exercise. Because our body and health come first. If our body is not good, we will not be able to do anything. Besides, you can walk at night after dinner if you want. Young boys should be allowed to play football or sports. Because if you play sports, your body is good. And your mind is focused on all the work, your studies are much better. If you do more walking and regular exercise, difficult diseases like diabetes cannot make a home in our body. You will notice that most of the people who are suffering from diabetes do not work hard, do not walk and do not exercise. We should exercise and walk to keep our body and health good.

3) Practice of physical exertion:-

We must practice hard work. Because you will see that those who work hard have less diseases in their bodies. But those who lie down and eat while sitting have no shortage of diseases in their bodies. We who live in the village should be busy with various activities, then our body will be very good. And no terrible disease can take root in our body. You will notice that people who sit, lie down, eat, do not do any kind of work have more sickness and disease in their body. The body is very good if you work hard. If you are a student, if you live in a village. Then you have various work in your house which is a lot of hard work. You can do all that. Your body will be very healthy. No terrible disease can easily invade your body. So we have to do physical work to keep our body healthy and healthy.

4) Giving up bad habits:-

We have many bad habits, which are very harmful to our body. We go to sleep after dinner and don’t wake up before 11 am. We have many such bad habits. There are many more such bad habits among us, due to which many diseases take root in our body. So we should give up such bad habits. We must remember, the body is mine. Therefore, to keep the body healthy, we should follow it. Because if we are sick, we will understand how valuable our healthy body is. If we have any bad habits, it is very important to get rid of those bad habits.

There are many more such rules, all such rules should be followed. Because we all should be careful to stay healthy. And we should follow all the rules. Then our body will be healthy and disease will not be able to make a home in our body easily.
